I have a few singles who I have not been able to find a suitable mate for.
For those with less experience, 6922 and E88CC are the same tube, and both are premium 6DJ8 versions.

Mullard E88CC CV2492

1964 Mullard Mitcham factory with white logos and gold pins in a generic box.
The right side of the Mullard shield is missing as you can see in photo.
Tests better than new at 104/103.  Same design as Amperex, but much more rare. 
$90 plus actual shipping cost.

Amperex 6922
1969 Herleen Holland with white 6922 logo and gold pins in Amperex box.
No PQ logo, but still the better white label tube.  Box could be a replacement since it is in excellent shape.
Tests 98%/98% on my Sencore tester.
$75 plus actual shipping cost.

Tesla E88CC
IMHO, these great Czech tubes are the best alternative if you don't want to spring for premium Amperex, Siemens, etc.
Gold pins, full gold logos with the better 32 factory code in original factory box and tests 100% on my Sencore tester.
$25 plus actual shipping cost.
