to everybody here in the forum.

My Name is Sebastian. I am from germany.
I am, since some years again, back into hifi.
My setup has grow in steps, as every setup here.
Now I have a set of tube amps from eastern electric and like to feed them by
digital network music. Got some exiting new LS from a manufactur
here in my city. From Speakerheaven. All thiel accutone this time.
I live also close to the awesome and remarkable AUDIO FORUM
in Duisburg. When I was child my father took me there. And my interest startet from there on.
Still got the first european CD Player from him here. Not in use. But still here.
Now after fourty years it is a new area of music reproduction. At at the same point it is not.
So I like to mix new technology with old gear.
Whould like to find some info here that I can not get since a long time.
Please help me to be a nice member of the Community. It is my first attempt in such a forum over sea….

I will never be offensiv, but maybe ask to much….so positiv critic for a new guy is wellcome.

The US importer of Eastern Electric was an active member on this forum at the peak of their popularity before the global depression of 2010. I owned their preamp and have listened to their DAC and power amplifiers. Many other members here owned EE gear so If you ask your questions in the Tube Circle you may find your answers

I was sick in the last month, so it took some time to get back to here….and now I wanted to say thanks for the response from all of you!

I found Bill O‘Connell last year in a forum. But also the nicest man of all has to retire some day…
So he wanted to help me first, but then decided to stay retired after all those working years.
I can understand him absolutely.
On the other hand I was a little sad that the best informed person and as told a thousand times before, a really handsome and caring man, has not enough interest anymore…
I was looking for him and Alex for a really long time. So I smiled the hole day when I „found“ Bill in a forum….until I
heard his decision, a decision I can completely understand…

As I know he is a Christian person and  a believer:
May the lord give him the best he could do for his retirement , as Bill gave us the best he could do with his work.
People like Bill and Alex are Stepping Stones in the history of hifi in a special niche. Get the best, but don’t get broke…
