Amazing service

For some years now my 3.14 Manic Moose was constantly reporting “Lost Connection” on my iPad.

I never thought to do anything about as I normally use Audirvāna from a Mac Mini.

However as I’m going to trade it in for a BR20 I thought I better get it fixed.

Adam Tanner did just that over Team Viewer in about 20 minutes just a few hours after I opened the support case on Bryston’s website.

This is better than AWS tech support, quite remarkable.

The powers that be should consider giving him a raise.

Now I use Manic Moose all the time because instruments sound clearer and the stereo image is better than Audirvāna

Unfortunately this leaves me a bit unsure about getting a BR20 as I wonder if it really will sound better.

Curious about other Bryston users thoughts on this…

Hi Shaun

You can continue to use MM with the BR-20 and the BR-20 has the advantage of being a fully balanced circuit throughout.
