When I try to find my BDA3.14 this morning I get the following:

I know that there is an alternate way to reach the BDA but cant find the solution here. Can anybody help?

You can login via something called ssh with a terminal window, but your best bet is to open a service case on Bryston’s website.

They’ll have it sorted out in no time

I have the same issue and get the same error message....the problem is at Bryston's end .....possibly the launch of the new software/app is imminent? We can dream can't we?

I've read that others had this problem and that the problem was at Bryston's end. That confounds me. Could someone please explain the role Bryston's servers have when we're streaming at home? I genuinely don't understand.
