I'm tempted to try out the RC64 III crossover kit as a first foray into DIY and noticed this comment on the store page for that kit:
This kit is available and again and changes have been made to the network to rebalance the tweeter levels from the old version.

I'm curious to understand what issue was corrected and how or if the change affect 'after' frequency response results.

We had a couple people with an issue where the tweeter was playing ~5dB higher than what we had originally designed it to be.
Someone sent in their upgraded speaker to us so we could take a look at it so we could address why that was happening and get it back to what we designed, so the measurements are back to what we originally designed them to be.
