I am the only owner and I've had it in a smoke free home (one location) for 2 years.  It has been taken care of and probably only has 150 hours on it.  I had them assemble it for me so it's professionally done.  It works perfectly and sounds amazing.  I am moving to a much higher powered set up.  This amp has the capacitor upgrade and the option for triode/pentode mode.  I also got a plastic cover made for it to keep dust off.  I highly prefer a local sale since shipping this thing will be expensive but I'm open to discussing the shipment of it.  Cost with tubes and upgrades was over $2k.  I'm looking for $1,400.  I'm located near Temecula, California.
