I have several different Orange Fuses in the orig box as seen in Photos. All in boxes, except for 0.8A Slow & 4.0 Fast. Some of the boxes are beat up but All are new and tested before shipping.
All fuses are 5mm x 20mm ; 250V
All have good continuity. These do make a nice difference, I just used one for my PS Audio Directstream DAC and it made a nice noticeable difference.
