Salk Sound BEPURE 1 monitors for sale in a beautiful walnut burst finish.

Retail for speakers was $6,500.  Asking: $4700


These are exceptional sounding speakers, but I have too much gear and need to downsize. Rating of 8/10 is conservative, but I want to be on the safe side so there are no surprises.

Reasonable offers considered.

Shipping to the lower 48 will be on a pallet for safety and will be an additional $200.  If local to the Chicago metro area, I would be willing to meet for delivery to avoid the shipping cost. You are also welcome to pick them up at my location.

I do have a pair of 4 post Sound Anchor stands that are the appropriate height. They look great and elevate the sound of these speakers. If you want the stands, that would be an additional $500.

Can I ask about the blown mids?  Or at least they both appear to need new surrounds etc.

Blown mids?  These are Purifi drivers and that's how they are made.  They are in perfect working order.

How long have you owned the speakers? What are the dimensions of the stands?

The purifi drivers are damn ugly but they sound absolutely delightful. I sure wish I had a better room to put them in though .

Blown mids?  These are Purifi drivers and that's how they are made.  They are in perfect working order.

Apologies!  I had not been exposed to those drivers before.  Jim's work is always amazing and I should have known better!
