Milwaukee used to have two stations for jazz; now there is only one, which will soon stop operating as a full time jazz format.

the only remaing station is 88.9, WYMS, owned by Milwaukee Public Schools. It uses a service that streams jazz 24/7 except for Sunday morning ethnic programming and school board meetings.
