With spring here (a chilly spring that is) I am outside in my back yard or garage a lot tinkering with something and I must tell all ACers about this great new gaget I bought if you haven't heard about it yet. It is called "Omni-fi"
I recorded all of my 651 cds on to my computer, I have a cat 5 cable running to my garage hooked up to the Omni-fi and the Omni-fi to my garage/backyayd system. This gizmo will play the cds by artist, artist/album or the coolest is the "all cd shuffle". I have my own personal jukbox. It is the coolest thing and how cool is it to shuffle threw all my thousands of songs.
It also came with the unit for the car, but I haven't hooked it up yet.
But I must also say, recording the cds on to my computer at 128, I noticed a difference in sound quality compared to playing the disc. But no big deal for the garage/backyard.
