Howdy,

I'm new to this forum and anxious to share and learn from others that have been there and done that. 

I recently acquired some VMPS RMV60 speakers and really like them.  I have been experimenting with different DACs, preamps and amps and how been surprised by how different they can sound.  I'm not sure if the room or the equipment makes the most difference, but it's been quite a learning curve.

Welcome Bill!

Loudspeakers make the most difference, followed by the space.  Power amps provide synergy to the loudspeakers. 

Was a VMPS fan, in fact sold a DVD player (a popular audio transport) to big Bill back in the day.  We had a dealer nearby, he was a fan that sold mostly car stereos, but was a fan too.  It was the only audio shop in town.  My favorite was the 626.
