real quick question
« on: 27 Apr 2005, 11:59 pm »
I am wondering, does anyone have a quick remedy for making accoustic paneling portable, as in stand mounted?   I am not a fan of leaving them on the walls, as one of the walls that needs to be treated BADLY, is a glass sliding door, hence the problem.  Any quick solution I can make/buy.  Heading out to the hardware store anyway and I thought I would check.

Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure what kind of panels you're referring to. If you mean foam ones, this won't apply. If you mean cloth-covered fiberglass with wood frames, consider one of these DIY tricks for Magnepan speakers.

or any of the others under the Mounts section of this webpage:

Those will work perfectly.  My back wall is foam, the rest a real panels.  Now, to figure out where they are going to go:-)

Thanks again,
