Unexpected early retirement, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, led me back to this hobby a bit early than I expected! I'm a tube maniac and own Audio Research SP-3A-1, SP-6A, Dynaco ST-70, CJ MV45, and Audible Illusion Modulus 2D in the '80s. I also own a few solid-state components during the same period, including PS Audio 4.5, Adcom GFA-555, and Aragon 24K with an IPS external power supply. For speakers, I had Wharfedale Diamond, Rega Model 2, Harbeth LS 3/5a, Celestion SL6, Spica TC-50, Acoustic Energy AE1, and Icon Acoustics Lumen. I started with Rega Planar 2 turntable, then upgraded to Systemdeck IIX with Rega RB300 tonearm. My end game is Audiomeca J1 with SL5 & Koetsu Black for the turntable.
I still have the Audiomeca TT, but it now pairs with Audio Technica OC-9XSL, Icon Acoustics's Lumen bookshelf speaker, and the CJ MV45 power amp (somewhere in the storage). Recently purchased a new Bob Latino VTA-70 made by Chris Keller. I also bought a pair of Omega Super Mini XRS with Alnico drivers last year. I subscribed to Qobuz and Amazon Music for streaming and listening through Audio-AG DDC with MDHT Orchid 69SE DAC. I have two streamers, Volumio Primo v1 and Nuprime Stream-9.
