Limbo isn't a movie I would recommend to just anyone. The film is securely in the "I don't know anyone I can recommend this film to" category.

Limbo has a slow meditative pace with huge landscapes reminiscent of Kelly Reichardt’s films (First Cow, Meek's Cutoff). Simon Baker has been in films we have seen.

The landscape is just as unusual as the Indigenous actors. The movie was filmed in Coober Pedy, Austrailia a real place and opal capital of the world. Many films have been made there including Mad Max, Until the End of the world, Red Planet, and Pitch Black - the transport ship from the film is still there.
