I am a musician, luthier, and have been an audiophile since the ‘80s. I graduated from New England Conservatory but electronics has always been a hobby. I worked as a technician and test engineer for various companies for 20 years before getting back into music full time 23 years ago. I am a double bassist who freelances in classical orchestras although I have picked up the electric bass again.
My system consists of a Well Tempered Turntable with a Soundsmith Sussurro cartridge. My phono stage and preamp are Herron. My amps are Quicksilver. My speakers are Verity Parsifal. I have a collection of nearly 5,000 LPs and a 1,000 CDs.
