Wow, really sad news. I saw him in concert 4 times.  I took my son to one and he was hooked.  The last time I saw him was about 4-5 years ago a the historic Zumbrota theater in little Zumbrota, MN.  Just awesome.  He also played guitar and sounded great.

Sad news.  I have several of his albums and have always enjoyed his music.
