SOLD These are great sounding monitors that use a ScanSpeak D3004/66200 Illuminator tweeter and a ScanSpeak 7" Carbon Graphite Fiber/Paper Pulp composite cone woofer. Parts of this quality are usually found in monitors costing north of 5K. The Fritz Carbon 7 SE's, and all Fritz loudspeakers, give you a great deal for your money.  The Carbon 7 SE's offer detailed, musical sound and natural tone which you can listen to for hours without fatigue. They are also speakers that offer spectacular imaging and a very life like sound stage. I don't have boxes so I will not ship these speakers and pickup in Bay Ridge/Dyker Heights or possibly I could deliver locally. Cash is preferred. Would consider trade for nice low gain amplifier. Just a couple observations:
First of all...those are great speakers. Whoever gets them should be very happy.
Secondly, I would encourage you to arrange for professional packing and shipping and offer that as an option.
The majority of those who see your ad probably do not live near to you.  Your price is great, so a few hundred for
packing and shipping will not be out of line.

That's a killer price for an underrated speaker. I'm sure there are people who'd want these speakers -- pronto -- if geography wasn't an issue. They are not huge speakers, even a regular service like UPS or FedEx (if you have a decent local outfit -- not all of these stores are created equal) should be able to pack these speakers up just fine to ensure they get somewhere safely.

Heck, *I'D* be tempted at that price.....and I have absolutely no use for these whatsoever.   Unless I scrap one of my active systems and start over.

Add in an all-in one amp/streamer and this would make one heck of a complete system as a gift for a new graduate (high school or college). 'Tis the season.....

Fritz gave me a U-Haul box with Styrofoam panels and I was able to easily pack my Carrera 7 BE speakers when I sold them.  I sold them for way less than they were worth so someone got a killer deal.  They were excellent sounding speakers and Fritz is one of the nicest guys in the business.

 Fritz is a great guy and builds fantastic speakers. I would have no trouble finding  safe packing for these speakers, I was just looking for a local transaction to make it easier for me, and I priced the speakers low, but if someone has a FedEx account and paid for the double boxing at FedEx I would be willing to ship.
