Found: GR Research X-Voce
« on: 24 May 2023, 04:34 am »
I’m interested in buying a GR Research X-Voce.  I built my X-Statiks a couple years and am still blown away by them. Now I would like to add the center.  I live near Indianapolis.  If you have one for sale, let me know.

Thanks!
Matt

Matt,

I have one and live in a suburb of Columbus, Ohio (about 2 1/2 hour drive from you).  It is one I got off here from a fell GR Research member that was an old AV123 X-Voce.  It is in Palisander Natural color (dark brown wood veneer).  I had it with some X-Statiks I picked up locally that I sold to Freddie (guy that does Crossover assembly of GR Research kits).  I have no use for this.

The speaker has all woofers and tweeters and I also installed No-Rez into it.

That catch....  The stock crossover was removed as I had previously upgraded the Crossover in it fully.  I do have the stock XO but it is not wired at the moment.  Happy to provide stock AV123 XO with it.

Let me know if interested.  I paid $200 for it minus the No-Rez.  I wouldn't ask quite that much given the XO isn't hooked up but somewhere close to $200 would be nice.

Thanks!
Robert
