I wanted to check to see if my asumption that the black and white primary winding should be used as the black and black would be used with the 270 BX depicted in the schematic.

Julien,
Check out the manual for Cornet2, it has a table for primary side wiring connections. Also in schematic.

Do the primaries get wired in series or parrallel. I just don't see it. It's been too long!

For the 370BX:
Parallel:
White wire + Brown wire together to the neutral leg of AC mains.
Black wire + Blue wire together to the hot leg of AC mains.

For 100V to 120V, primaries are in parallel. In series for 200V to 240V.
