3B3 & 4B3 Amplifiers -Noise (full bandwidth)
« on: 16 Apr 2023, 11:19 pm »
The Bryston website indicates Noise (full bandwidth): ≤-119 dB for the 4B3
The smaller 3B3 is quoted as Noise (full bandwidth): ≤-112 dB
Is that difference significant ? If so, how ?
Thanks,

The last review I could find was for the 3BST from 1996 (the same year you were born?) where the wideband noise at 1W out/8ohms was -92db. This is noise at an inaudible level. The amps are better now so yes insignificant.
