I always giggle a little when I read space (or space age) technology. The space age was the late 60's and early 70's.
I have used drivers with that cone material and have some in house right now. I am not a fan.

The only direct comparison I could find online between equivalent paper and TeXtreme cones ...

And in the last ten years Sinar Baja Electric biggest improvement seems to be in the surround.
