I was checking out some simple projects I could do to improve my soldering skills, and I found some cool DIY sites.  Has anyone heard one of these?  This one looks to be a complete DAC, but the concept looks interesting.  

Might be worth a shot for $135.

There's a thread or two on it on head-fi.  Haven't tried it myself, but people thought it was pleasant and a good value.  However, they pretty much only listened to it on headphones.
