Hello, My Name is Tim and I Am An Audioholic
« on: 9 Jan 2023, 11:59 pm »
I am new to this board, read the starting gate requirements and frankly didn't know where to begin. I found AudioCircle thru a Google query in my search for a replacement motor for my early 90's SOTA Cosmos.

I have some industry experience having worked with Bob Graham of Graham Engineering for a decade. I was the production manager (read assembly and vendor guy). If anyone should have questions about their tonearms I am ready to help as much as i can.

Although very much an analogue guy I enjoy all music formats.

Hello to all and if anyone knows where I can source that motor, please let me know. SOTA themselves have moved on: the under carriages and drive electronics are all different and new now.

  • To whom more was given more will be required.
    • Never go to a psychiatrist, adopt a straycat or dog. On the street they live only two years average.

Welcome to AC  :thumb:
I remember both these companies in the pages of Audio mag in the 1990s.
