Hello
     I want to say that I am very pleased with Bryston audio customer support.
I like the way they work so hard at creating a great product and supporting the customer!

I think Bryston has excellent customer service, but I have also had emails and phone messages go unanswered.

If you can get the attention of the technical folks, the service and support is the best - bar none.

With what other company can you communicate directly with the CEO and escalate directly to him when you don't get a response from the support people?

Folks we are making changes to be more responsive so things will be improving as we go forward.

My BCD-3 cd tray is stuck again, so I called Bryston Headquarters, got a hold of Adam Tanner and within 5 min he told me, what steps should I do, in order to send unit for cd drive replacement.If that wasn't quick response on Bryston's side, then I don't know,what was it.

@JamesTanner should drop in on Canuck Audio Mart and have a look at what’s going on with the customer service issues they are complaining about. The speakers section is where I was reading.
Title is “ What’s up with Bryston ?

Looks like you’re losing customers! Tommy is going to scrap his BP-26! Many are saying there’s no reply from emails and phone calls for far too long.
It’s Hard to argue for great customer service if nobody from Bryston is listening or responding!

I’m sure there’s a good explanation. We’d just like to hear it!!

Frind of mine Denon CD tray stuck.  Watched a Youtubes video that had him take the cover off and lightly shoot some compressed air around the tray and pooof fixed.
