Old school design -- fully discrete amp without any opamps, coupling caps, non-feedback analog output stage, and a beefed-up power supply. The power supply is class A parallel voltage regulator design. The C-3FV includes all audiophile-grade components, including DALE resistors, WIMA caps, custom order NOVER (UK brand) caps, and audiophile-grade input & output sockets.
This preamp also has a digital remote controller system with user-defined functions offers high precision – there’s no sonic degradation and smooth transition volume adjustment. As a result, the sound is neutral and faithful with no coloration.
