. All the tubes are Russian Electro-Harmonix brand , four KT-88 , Four 12AU7 and two 12AX7 . I checked all the tubes . Small signal tubes test like new and should last many years. KT88 power tubes meet the minimum mark on my TV tester (44) with some warm up and still are quite well matched. They don't exhibit any loose bases , particles and burn marks and should still last several hundreds of hours.
Amp is clean inside out and while not exotic it is a solid American engineering with quality industrial parts. It looks like it came out of the factory yesterday. Outside , there is a couple of small imperfections on the front edge, sides and the "POWER" print over the power ON button is fading. It is very quiet electrically , meaning hardly any hum is coming off the speakers. Mechanically, you can hear the cooling fan noise when the music is not playing. The price to pay for all in compact design . Remote is a solid chunk of aluminum. Only volume is served by the remote.
