I loved this card so much I immediately upgraded to the femto version upon release. This was used for in my system for about 2 years and it's been in my closet ever since. It's definitely fully functioning, no issues. I personally would not run a USB rig without one of these JCAT USB cards. It's really that much of an upgrade. Full size PCI bracket. If this came with the smaller PCI bracket, which I suspect, it is currently missing in action- sorry!
