I can only answer the first question, though. I got it last week, hoping to avoid springing for a new PC to run the damn thing. Well, it's an amazing looking game no doubt about it, but the controls are
focked up.
After years of playing FPS with a mouse and keyboard switching to this gamepad doohickey is awful. I spend a lot of time stumbling about and looking at the ceiling while demons are slashing me to ribbons. You can't even reassign the controls either, you get presets but none of them work like I want. Dammit.
I did run some of the multiplayer maps though and they look nice. There's this crazy powerup in one of them that is just wicked cool. I don't know what it does, but damn is it freaky!
