Noticed an issue the other day with one of the tweeters.  When listening to a piano at higher levels there's ringing or buzzing happening in one of the tweeters.  It seems to be only happening when there's a piano.  What could be the issue?  I've tried tightening the mounting screws with no luck, but it sounds like the housing is getting excited somehow.

Okay. After more troubleshooting it’s not the tweeter. These drivers are so well integrated. After further inspection it’s actually one of the midrange drivers that buzz at certain piano frequencies. Any fix for that or is a new driver required?

It may be that the voice coil has come loose and certain frequencies exacerbate the issue.

You can ship the bad one to us and we'll send you a replacement driver.
