I have for sale a I have used this both as just a tube buffer and Pre-Amplifier. This Unit is about 14 months old, I apologize for the scratch on the top, other wise this is in great condition (I am the only owner).
I have used this as a buffer with a number of different amps: Exposure, Job, Yamaha, and several newer class D's. It adds just the right of harmonic texture, this is very noticeable with highs, and does show up in the midrange. Currently I am using this as a preamp with a pair of Genelec 8030C Studio Monitors and its performed really well. The gain is adjustable and looses no Bass, Imagining is just splendid. While there is no remote, this just as a preamp is a steal. Not sure what else there is really under $500 at this time.
Feel free to ask any questions. I would say the unit has been on consistently for six months. (4000 hours). So the current tube has about 6000 hours left on it.
