SOLD these AVVT 32B SL tubes - they're electrically equivalent to 300B tubes, but are overbuilt to a higher standard and should see much longer useful life. I bought these used from a fellow ACer back in 2016 along with some more expensive Takatsuki 300B tubes. After comparing them with the Taks for a few weeks, I preferred the Tak's in my Lampizator Big 7 DAC, so these AVVT's sat in storage as a backup pair after that initial period. And I never needed to use them. The Lampi Big 7 puts an extremely light load on output tubes, with something like 20 years expected lifespan on a single pair. So, the Taks never went bad in 3 years of nearly 24/7 usage, and I never needed to use these AVVT.
BUT - I did buy them second-hand, and don't know anything of their prior life. I can say that the glass and bases don't have any evidence of dust, grime, or scratches to indicate they have had much life at all outside their storage box. But it's still an unknown. That said, these are overbuilt tubes with extremely high expected lifespan even under normal 300B amp loads, much less in other applications.
Do yourself a favor and do a little research on AVVT and these tubes.
Asking $500 for these, or $550 inclusive of shipping/Paypal fees.
