I sent an email and I am interested. I tend to use tube amps but they get hot in the summer. I've been wanting some cooler running ss amps to use from June-Sept. However, my speakers (Cube Nenuphar Mini) seem to sound best with amps that have zero feedback and lower damping. Not sure what the ratings are for the DVA225 amps. Can you post those? Thanks!

All AVA amps, with the possible exception of the UltraValve (which is no longer in production) use negative feedback and have a high damping factor (very low output impedance). That being said, we have not run into any speaker that has not worked well with the M225.

Hi Mary, so is there an option for us non-balanced system owners to use these other than purchasing 2 of the DVA R2X converters for another ~$ 560 to use them ? Seems to me I saw Frank noting a less expensive option back at introduction.

Why would you need 2 ?
They are stereo.

What didn’t we get here?  One R2X converter drives two M225 mono amps.

Note that one pair of  demo M225 mono amps are still available.
