I guess all good things eventually end. I love this tube pre to bits but since going multichannel with a good pre I don't use it enough any more. Still sounds lovely, read any of the reviews out there.

I've fitted Amperex 7119 tubes as they were my preference out of the stock and Tungsols. I can throw in the Tungsols  for free f I find where I kept them..

Handled with care BUT the remote doesn't work, hasn't since I'd bought it second hand. Email Modwright if you want to get it fixed, I didn't really need it since I controlled volume from source.

I have a box but I'm trying to avoid shipping.

Asking for $900 (to me), I'm located near SF. Happy to meet anywhere a couple hours away to avoid shipping.

I'm not sure about build date as I'm the second owner, but the internals look solid and I've never had an issue with the sound. If you're interested I can send privately you a picture of the back and the serial and you can check the date with Modwright?
