The tiny Topping E30 is a huge value, a real overachiever. No longer being made (DAC chip maker AKM had a major fire), this little guy is a musical marvel.
3 digital inputs (coax,usb and toslink) selectable by remote which also switches power, volume, filter settings, etc. See link for full info. You can set it to dac mode and it will bypass the volume control.
I bought this 3 months ago to fill in while my usual office dac was in the shop, I found it to be a very good listen just on its own merits.

Mine is nearly new and works just fine. Original box and accessories are included.
Requires a 5 volt USB power supply, such as a computer, storage battery or phone charger. I will send one along.
