That's a fair price including shipping as the ad appears to state. I paid about $50 more total for one from eBay last September.
It's a good piece of hardware. The HEOS app stinks. You'll need to wrestle with it during setup, but for everyday use, BubbleUPnP is far superior. Any DLNA control app can operate the device.
