Tidal procedure !

Just subscribed to Tidal Hi Fi plus..
To utilize our trust BDP-1
Does Bryston have a procedure to help get tidal working on Mpad the display has a repeating message with no real diagnosis codes…tried calling Bryston head quarters few times but…I’m sure we are all busy.
Have any of you found a way to make it work.

The RED usually means you have not signed up correctly - did you sign to Tidal on the Ipad?

Correct, I noticed it will do on I pad and tested on I phone same message . However if I re-boot player sometimes prompts to sign in and it will work for a while.

It may be the BDP-1 is having difficulty due to processing power requirements.
