Hey!
Welcome to Audio Circle! And great to see another member with old wind up 78rpm machine! I have a 1902 Victor Type E.
Anyway, it is hard to see what you have there. But if I had to guess, I think it is a Columbia machine from the late '20s to '30s. Are you in the US?
If your machine still have all parts with soundbox/reproducer then that's a good start. It will needs the motor overhaul and soundbox/reproducer rebuild. If you are in the US there are still a few people who are specialized in repairing these old machines. I had my Victor Type E overhauled with new springs back in 2008 after one of the original spring broke. The cost depend on the model you have, but don't forget to factor in the shipping cost which won't be cheap for old heavy machine like this.
