Phase issues with vinyl playback.

Paul McGowan of PS Audio often talks about phase problems with turntables.

We all know he essentially pandering to DSD as his buddy owns the rights, right?

So he says that nothing sounds as good as DSD (which is deceptive.)

So what are the phase issues with vinyl?

I don't hear anything bad...my BioTracer sounds better than a CD.

Aren't phase issues essentially wave superposition issues?  What's that got to do with what goes from the cartridge to the phono pre?  Sounds like BS to me.

I'd forget the turntable for the moment, and look directly at the preamp.

I'd like to read more on the Paul McG type thoughts. Anyone able to supply a link or reference?

Thanks, John
