Greetings from Far Away :)
« on: 11 Jan 2022, 04:17 pm »
Hello everybody,

I just found this Group while searching for Spatial Audio OB speakers and I saw that here is full of smart people that I can learn many things from.  I would like to be a part of this great forum. I am from Ankara, Turkey.

I appreciate good sound. I have a man cave with 11.2 home theater and a few pairs of stereo bookshelves.

Update bug is pushing me hard nowadays and your advices will be much appreciated.

Cheers :)

Hi JuMu,

I'm certainly not smart in the way of audio, but welcome anyway! Looking forward to visiting Turkey some day, but probably not any time soon, alas.

I'm impressed that your home theater goes up to 11!

Welcome!

Tried visiting Turkey on a cruise last November but Italy objected to visitors within 2 weeks.  Were scheduled to visit Istanbul and the city formally known as Ephesus.  Instead we visited two additional Greek islands, a real let down.

As you've probably picked up on this is more of an audio (2 channel music) site.  Hope you find useful information.

Covid made our life much more difficult. I hope you will visit next time because İstanbul is one of the most historical cities in the world and Ephesus is one of the 7 wonders of the world :)

And food…incredible delicious and countless varieties  :)

Yes I am also in stereo music. I am very curious about open baffle speakers. I asked some questions abiut spatial audio but unfortunately nobody replied.
