Mullard CV2493 with bubbles in the galss
« on: 20 Dec 2021, 12:42 am »
I just got a pair of Mullard KQDD/K CV2493 tubes. One tube has a very tiny ring of bubbles in the glass running around about 3/4 of the tube diameter, at the intersection of inner tube wall and the inner flat solid glass surface that the pin wires go through. I've never seen this and the many tubes I've owned had perfectly clear glass. Is this normal
Thanks
