Hello

Hi.

I stumbled into it while doing research to decide if a pair of high efficiency would be for me and saw there were some relevant forums, so I've signed up!

I enjoyed jazz, blues, and classic rock. I've been exploring classical music.

I'm currently using gear mostly assembled over 10 years ago: Plinius 9100 and Dynaudio 52SE's. I recently added a Bluesound Node as a source given how far streaming has come.

Even dabbled in vinyl through a Rega P3 and a Bottlehead phono amp I wired up, but sold both to simplify moving the family.
Perhaps I'll revisit vinyl someday after addressing a few other interests.

Right now I'm considering improving room acoustics, and seeing what I might want to improve in my system.

Thanks in advance.

The best way to improve room acoustics is the shape of the room.  Avoid small/squarish rooms.  And go for well insulated rooms with a concrete floor.  Hopefully try for a dedicated room so you're not sharing it with other interests.
