Reason for sale: was looking for a small lightweight High-WAF system, but in the end decided to keep my Hegel H30 amp w/ Audionet DNP preamp/DAC.
125 watts per channel (into 8 ohms) 10 amps -- easily drove my Raidho D2 speakers
Ion: second owner, has Hyperdrive upgrade, 9/10. Comes with everything, sounds fantastic. I'll include an upgrade HDMI cable that I really liked, to connect the two units.
Comet Plus: second owner, 8/10. The Comet is the "plus" model, meaning it has the upgrade Exogal power supply. A couple small nicks on rear of power supply (see pic).

In addition to the original IR remote, you can order from Exogal their upgraded Pulsar IR receiver and IR remote. The Pulsar converts IR signal to Bluetooth and transmits it to the Bluetooth interface of the Comet.
