Help! Where can I get a couple of these binding post nuts?

Help! Where can I get a couple of these binding post nuts?

Two of these are stripped and I just need both a black and red nut. I can find the whole binding posts but they all seem to come from China (3+ weeks?) plus I don't want to pull them off for fear of stripping those too.

I was trying to just get the plastic, colored nuts but I guess this will have to do. I hope I don't strip or break them when pulling them off.
