Are VMPS designs phase coherent?

I announced my new website committed to phase coherence in the main forum and was told to check out VMPS.

Does VMPS design its speakers to be phase coherent?  Do you use first order crossovers?  Seems like it'd be hard to use a ribbon with a first order xo.

I browsed the VMPS website but didn't find any specific mention of crossovers or phase.

We use series first order networks which result in a 6dB lowpass with a 12dB highpass from only two elements.  All drivers are wired in phase.  VMPS are "minimum phase" systems, i.e. phase changes track amplitude.

Most "phase coherent" or "time aligned" speakers are no such thing and usually include high order slopes, inverted polarity drivers relative to the rest, or both.

Everyone has already pointed out at AAsylum that you need to do some basic homework before promoting a site on this topic. Your site seems to be concerned with allegedly phase and time coherent speakers, but your posts all over creation ask about phase coherence. This suggests to me this is yet another fact you are as yet unaware of, in addition to the Maggie error and some others no one has listed yet.

VMPS are by design not in the time coherent category, even allowing for Brian Cheney's general skepticism about many time coherence claims.
