Klaus is quite another kind of people...

The only one at the moment I know of, who replies faster (even by email !!!) to service/warranty problems than to commercial issues. Sell...


And that says a LOT about the kind of person he is...

Without a doubt,  there's no one like Klaus!!

People like Klaus are in short supply.

This would be a much better world with more like him.

Yep... Klaus is definately a stand up guy.. fantastic service and he's always there when you need to call him!

I forgot to mention, when these boxes came from UPS this time there was ANOTHER big hole in the side of them, but this was more like a split.. when i opened the box i was SO worried, but made it fine with nary a scratch.
