Has anyone successfully spoken to tech support recently?  I have been trying for a couple days and left a message but no one picks up or returns my call.

James, I am still waiting for direction for my issue.  I have tried calling and emailing but I am not making any progress.

Yes I got it - thanks.

Just so everyone is aware there is a world wide parts shortage so we are asking customers depending on the specific issue to hold off sending in any repairs until we can get the appropriate parts.

What would be the service turnaround period for a 9B-SST amplifier at the present time?

Is it still better to go through one of your authorized dealers for this servicing?

The problem is I can not say as we keep being told parts will become available in 3 weeks and after 3 weeks its another 3 weeks.
