I bought these as demos from Paul Kaplan who cold forged affixed the Cardas spades (which produce a full, natural tonality) for me. Full disclosure: Paul was a bit distracted that day and fixed one pair of the spades at a 45 degree angle to each other (see pic) - fortunately the tails are very long and it doesn’t present a problem in hooking them up. Condition "7" for the above and age.
