Sorry again if this has been answered before, I do not yet have access to the search function.  :D

Servo Sub Kit; where do you place the amplifier box, and what kind of cable do you use from this into the speaker itself? I have searched through all information I can find about Servo Sub Kits, but none of them show where the amplifier, alternatively with the included box, is located. And there is no telling anywhere about the wiring from the bass amplifier to the speaker elements, other than that you can choose Neutrik Connector when ordering. Only about the wiring into the bass amplifier from the main amplifier.

Thanks.

The amp is actually external to the sub (unless you build a custom base).   Here is my build thread for the Servo Sub 4 kit with lots of pictures that show how they go together:   https://www.audiocircle.com/index.php?topic=176852

The "cable" is actually just the wires that are pre-attached to the amp.   I've seen some builds where they braid all four wires together to form a cable.

Perfect, thanks so much. This is what I needed.

One more question: so the most natural thing is to purchase the sets with Neutrik connectors then?

I would definitely recommend them.   It makes the connections super easy.

Also makes moving them around a lot easier too since you can just unplug the amp and move it separately from the towers on the odd occasion you need to move them
