Per the title, wanted either in non-working state (but no burn out through power surge or overheating), or working but with buzzing or other noises (making it unusable).

I will not pay much (don't get your hopes up), but it will be more than letting a unit sit in a closet unused or throwing it in the trash.

I also have plenty of tubes and other things for possible trade.

I have an exact power ep 15 that went out after  being plugged in for the first time in many years. I think the old  capacitors went. It is yours for the shipping costs. I was going to recycle it. It will take a little while to ship because I am located in what is left of Houma, LA. PM me and we can work out the details. And before you ask, my house was relatively undamaged and had very little water. None of the water was near the Exactpower.
