I think I am going to go with the Salk HT2-TLs....I use a McIntosh MX-120 preamp/processor as it is part of my home theater setup.
You're going to hate me for this:
I also use the Salk HT2-TL's with a AVA Vision SET 400, the M225's little brother, for a stereo/home theater combo setup. I experimented with a couple of different center speakers but it wasn't until I got the
Salk HT2C that the movie experience became a dazzling aural extravaganza leaping into the next dimension. The HT2C uses the exact same drivers as the HT2-TL so there is no tonal discontinuity as sounds pan between speakers or voices change locations. The HT2C is capable of going just as loud as the HT2-TL enabling a seamless soundstage plus the speaker is a sealed design which means no annoying male voice resonances creeping into the crisp clean dialog, finally you can hear what the actors are saying.
Your REL T9/i subs will blend seamlessly with the HT-TL's although your will have to lower the crossover point. The crossover on my REL Gibraltar G2 is set at 30 Hz.

You're going to have some big fun soon!
